Coating framework material
We mainly produce 70D ~ 840D/24f ~ 240f FDY and other products, which shaped the use of special techniques and processes to make products with a clear refractive index, flash, instead of the whole nylon, using for coating trademark cloth , belt, thread etc.
Specification: FDY 70D/24f, 66D/36f for coating cloth.
FDY 170-840D/24-240f for belt ,thread etc.
If client require us to do spec. as per client’s design, client need accept 10% non-uniform weight bobbin goods. The weight is 2-5KGS per bobbin.
Packaging: 5KGS per bobbin, each bobbin with one waterproof plastic bag. Every carton have one wooden pallets. You can design new packing type , we can do it for you.
Transportation: 11 tons for one 20FT, 22 tons for one 40FT
Delivery time: 20days after received deposit by T/T or received L/C from Chinese bank.
Output: 100ton per month
